At Junta 3 we are aware of the quality of our processes and products. That is why our main objective is customer satisfaction, which leads us to be very demanding with each of the parts of our part development process or their installation.
Furthermore, at Junta 3 we study, together with our clients, the requirements of each of the pieces we manufacture. Which allows us to establish the appropriate specifications and control guidelines, in each of them. And it helps us meet the quality requirements specified in the standard that governs us.
All of this has also meant that our company is certified according to the UNE EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. Which supports the work we carry out and encourages us to continue improving in all the aspects we address.

Quality and products in Junta 3
Since 1998, the management of board 3, assumed the responsibility of defining throughout the company the way in which the Quality Policy that establishes legality would be applied. That is, since that date, our company has worked for the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System in all its departments. Something that is done with the UNE-EN standard as a reference ISO 9001: 2015. A standard that we achieved in that same year.
Scope of the quality management system
The scope of the Quality Management System that defines all the company's activities is specified in the manufacture of vulcanized rubber parts, CAD/CAM die-cutting and cutting of rubber gaskets and technical cardboard, marketing of rubber profiles and sheets.
For this reason, a philosophy based on the objective of total quality has been installed in each of our activities. A leitmotiv that the entire Junta 3 team shares.
Principles that guide our quality policy
The principles that guide our quality policy have, as their main objective, achieving the maximum satisfaction of our clientele. But, not only this. It also encompasses our relationship with our suppliers (based on mutual collaboration), teamwork; training, the philosophy of prevention; and continuous improvement. All of this always complying with the applicable requirements set by the aforementioned ISO standard regarding clients, legal aspects and regulations.
Scope of our quality policy
This quality policy provides us with the framework to establish and review QMS objectives and goals. Which helps us improve day by day.
This policy is also transmitted to all employees of our entity; and is available to any external interested party who wishes to consult it (customers, suppliers, neighbors, administration,...). All this with the desire to make it extensive and be a point of reference for the work we do in our company.
